A web page is not just like a book or a TV program. The Internet is a two-way communication media and we tend often to forget the other direction. But it is a good means for giving the users the opprtunity to tell what they have to say, to express their opinions, interest or not interest and in best cases to help themselves just by using tools that we provide.
What I have here in mind are well edited, good looking discussion forums or bulletin board type of services on given topics. For instance the Liopns could easily create an electronic forum where the unemployed can search for jobs and tell about themselves to possible employers
Another example could be a forum where the victims and ex-users of drugs can talk about their experiences about drugs, where the schoolkids can post their questions about the drugs and where empathetically working professionals can answer them. This is technically simple but just needs the people to run it.
The Lions could also take a more active role in publishing learning material online and we would be the perfect leaders to help disabled but smart people to build special online services for other disabled people
