LionsBase mobile v4.0

This version lets you show your personal QR-code when attending an event. In addition, if you are an authorised reviewer, a built-in QR-code scanner lets you validate those personal QR-codes as well. Furthermore, you may invite other Lions members to your event from the list of participants. Last but not least, external guests are now present in the lists of participants and may even be invited, just as other Lions members.
