Leo Europa Forum (LEF) is the annual Leo convention of European and Mediterranean Leos. 

So, what is the Forum all about? The programme provides a platform for the exchange of ideas among Leos in Europe and consists of serious and fun workshops, social activities, sightseeing trips, and opportunities to explore Swiss culture. There will also be a presentation of countries featuring projects and culinary highlights. 

LEF is also the venue for the annual meeting of International Liaison Officers (ILOs): Leo representatives from Europe and Mediterranean countries.

Apart from the annual LEF, there is another event that takes place at the beginning of the year known as the LEO Europa Pre-Forum (LEPF). During this exciting weekend, the LEF organising team provides a sneak peek of the hotel location and the preliminary program to the delegation leaders from participating countries. It's a fantastic opportunity for delegation leaders to get a first look at what's in store for LEF, ask questions and offer suggestions. The ILOs also hold a meeting during the LEPF. 

The Forum will take place in Switzerland in 2027. The PreForum will be held in Zurich in winter, and the main Forum will take place in Laax, in the canton of Graubünden, in summer. During the Forum, participants will share information about their Leo projects, develop leadership skills, and discover new ways to support their communities in a variety of workshops. They will also have the opportunity to explore Switzerland’s rich natural and cultural heritage.
