The organization of Multiple District 102 Switzerland-Liechtenstein is based on a clear and effective governance structure that coordinates and supports the actions of Lions Clubs and Leo Clubs.

• The Council of Governors is the governing body of Lions Switzerland–Liechtenstein and ensures supra-regional orientation and overall support.
• Delegates and appointed representatives support the organization in their specific functions.
