Lions Life Cycle

Every Lion, and every club, goes through different life phases connected to membership.

This raises an important question:

Are we meeting the needs of all our members – young and old, women and men, working and retired, formal and informal, highly active and more reserved, German-speaking as well as Italian- or French-speaking? How do we retain existing members and motivate new ones to join?
